Don’t expect any good staff service from here
They asking extra money for passport service even you go for a new one or go for renew your old passport.
If you give extra they will run for you and they will offer you special serviceresponse / report this review -

District passport office, located VIP road which is temporary office. A new one is under construction beside khulna Bagerhat road. Service is satisfactory. Stuffs are not well behaved. But the officers are well behaved and helpful. I think this office is still performing very well and so far, they deliveries normal Passport within 25 working days which is rare in our country this time. Ansar team of this office is very disappointing. They thing they are the boss and treat people badly. Overall performance of this office is good so far (july, 2018)

Though you must pay bribe to have your service here, it's better to pay bribe at your doorstep than paying after a 2 hour journey.
