Pan Tao Thai Cuisine
Thai cuisine (Thai: อาหารไทย, RTGS : ahan thai ,
pronounced [ʔāː.hǎːn tʰāj] ) is the national cuisine of
Thailand .
Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes
with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. Thai
chef McDang characterises Thai food as demonstrating
"intricacy; attention to detail; texture; color; taste; and the
use of ingredients with medicinal benefits, as well as good
flavor", as well as care being given to the food's
appearance, smell and context. [1] Australian chef David
Thompson , an expert on Thai food, observes that unlike
many other cuisines, Thai cooking rejects simplicity and is
about "the juggling of disparate elements to create a
harmonious finish". [2]
in 2017, seven Thai dishes appeared on a list of the "World's
50 Best Foods"— a online poll of 35,000 people worldwide
by CNN Travel . Thailand had more dishes on the list than
any other country. They were: tom yam goong (4th), pad
Thai (5th), som tam (6th), massaman curry (10th), green
curry (19th), Thai fried rice (24th) and moo nam tok
(36th). [3]

Superb interior, with authentic Thai vibe. Well mannered staff. Quality and tasty food. Even Restroom is beautiful, neat n clean. An underrated place. Will gladly visit again.
Calm place along with good food
Very nice place with great interior. Price is ok & food is great
The restaurant should be high ranked among all possible food quality service cases. food quality is awesome in all aspects. lunch, dinner & other menu options are pretty good. so far, salad, soup, appetizer items are used to be a perfect blend of mixed items and found wonderful tastes. The inside environment and sitting arrangement is quite good and calm.Had a gathering & found good experiences. customer services is appreciable. there are a wait sometimes. But, the price is pretty expensive. Better if anyone check the price in menu prior to order.
Excellent food, amazing staff. Foods are fresh. Over 5 ★ from me.
Pretty good but not too exciting. Thai Nation was WONDERFUL. I’d suggest going there instead.
(We’ve been to Thailand and also try Thai food all over the worldgo to Thai Nation!)
One of the finest Thai restaurants I've visited in Dhaka after a long time. We ordered just a small lunch for a family of four the bill turned out to be 3,350 Tk (about £30/$40) which I thought it was a tad bit pricey but it's worth every penny. Once we arrived and sat down we got fresh lime juice as a complimentary drink. The staff was very warm and welcoming.
It's food Quality & rates are reasonable! But problem is no parking facilities!
They have really good vietnamese rolls. All the other items are good too.
Very good Chinese restaurant in gulsan aria.PAN TAO is eating lunch at Pan Tao Restaurant
One of my most favorite place. They have the most delicious steamed fish with lemon sauce in Dhaka.
nice place great food but a bit expensive
Great place for authentic Thai food! The food quality is great and of good taste, but the price is quite high. The interior is good. Well behaved staff.
Went to Pan Tao Thai Restaurant at Banani-12. This is the 2nd time we've been there. The first time was on last Valentine's Day. We took the Tom Yum soup with golden Prawn and we were amazed by the taste. They also served a green mint drink for free as a spice-soother. Obviously, these pictures are not from that visit. We went there again 2 days ago, ordered that same Tom Yum soup, with basil leaf fried rice and chicken curry. The taste was not in any farmost way comparable to the previous experience. It was average. The spice-soother mint drink was absent. Till that part, it was okay for us. But after 30-45 minutes we began to feel like throwing up and gas, both of us! We shall never go back to Pan Tao again, and shame on their service!!
Hygienic place with varieties of items. Better place to hangout with friends. You should get a visit here with friends because this is not a bad place at all. here service charge is high and highly costly.
Really great food - try the papaya salad! Unfortunately only very few customers.
It was an average restaurant that serves Thai food in Dhaka like hundred of others. The decor and service was average and we were the only people eating during lunch time. The food was also OK and nothing to write home about.
