went to their office for Ticket related issues. Never fly with novo air but like to have experience with them so confirm the ticket for upcoming february. Lets hope for the best

Novoair is maybe the best performing domestic airline in Bangladesh. I am pleased so far with their service in domestic routes. They are giving tough competition to the other inland airlines in Bangladesh by being highly professional and customer-centric.

The service was way better than expected. Good foods, they even provided food for my son, though he was on lap. You have facilities to have extra weight on checked baggage. Cabin crews are really nice. I will recommend this airline to any international travellers

Anybody can fly with Novo Air in domestic flight. It flys in time but aircraft is small.
