I was a huge fan of their bags & accessories. Yesterday I've brought a premium hand bag for my wife costs 7,200 BDT as a gift. After opening the box at home the bag was not closing, found problem in the open / close magnet unit. I've taken back the bag today at NOIR Satmasjid road (from where I brought it). They refused to do anything as a typical one time cheap product seller.
They told me i've damaged the open close magnet by myself and lost it. Where I've returned it immediately as I found it.
What I brought by BDT 7,200 from NOIR:
1) Ashamed to my wife that I've brought a cheap product as a gift
2) Face misbehave to their salesmen when return it for a solution.
My question is why do you make such premium product that get damaged within just a day.
