Nice and good Railway station. As a important commercial area and stay side Bhairav river, It's so very important for Bangladesh. Many international and national ship and boards are land there and many goods are supply to Bangladesh by train. So many important.

Not a very much busy station, but looks busy at the time of arrival & departure of the trains. All Intercity & International Trains have stoppage here, less than 1km away from Nowapara Municipality. Transport not available at late night. The station ticket counter needs to be computerized & digitalized, that will be more comfortable & convenient for the passengers.
