  It's one of the biggest railway station in Noakhali district. It is situated at sunapor zero point. From here you can got to the places, Noakhali Science and Technology University, sobornocor, Hatia ,Nijum dip, Cor alekjerder, Chair man ghat .NSTU is 3 km far away from Sunapor railway station

  Not enough facilities as a main station of a district.Upakul Express is the one & only intercity train to Dhaka from here.No direct train to Chittagong,Sylhet or Mymensingh. Less Crowded.

  Ending of laksam-noakhali railway.It is known as sonapur station to the people.Upakul is the intercity train from here to Dhaka,departure:6am.There are some mail train from here such as samatat till laksam,Dhaka express till dhaka,Demu comuter till comilla.
