Bought a Toyota Axio X-HID from Nippon. The service provided pre-purchase and post purchase was great. I will break down my entire experience here. First, I was shared with all the detailed information about the vehicle along with high quality images of the vehicle which had the genuine auction sheet too. Secondly, for payment and paper work purpose, a representative visited my office multiple times, always at my convenience. Therefore, I saved on a lot of time from running to and fro to the showroom. Furthermore, the vehicle was delivered to my residence, but yes of course I have had the option to personally pick it up. Third, one of the representative assisted me in getting the registration process of the vehicle done too with BRTA in one day. Fourth, after the purchase I needed some assistance with getting mud flaps, which was also promptly arranged by Nippon and yet again a representative visited me and got it fixed. Overall, I would say I had a great experience from buying the vehicle from Nippon and all the additional services came complimentary.
About the vehicle, all seemed both interior and exterior as promised by Nippon. Have been almost two years and did not have any problem as yet.
I would surely recommend people to visit and contact them for their next vehicle.response / report this review -
