Good resort with budget stay. Just beside beach. From the room, beach can me easily seen. A Mosque is the beside the resort.

Well to be honest, I was disappointed as I had too much expectation.without having a beach side room, this resort has nothing other than an ordinary hotel.For bachelor or group toutist,wooden room in 2nd floor is awesome as u can view sea and hear the sea shore from room at night but with the expense of dust,mosquito bite.. :p They are not matured enough in management skill for quality guest they may have.I have upload the main entrance pic which shows that it is situated above public toilet and changing room.So what do u expect from a hotel like this..In short,its not a resort at all rather an hotel having 2 rooms from where u can see sea in a reasonable cost.. :)

The nearest resort from the sea beach, where you can see and feel the beach directly from your bed, at Sugandha Beach Point, Kolatoli, Cox's Bazar. Their service and behavior is also good.

This is a budget hotel. If you are looking for beach and sea view and if you are a budget traveler than I would recommend it for you. This hotel is situated just on the beach. They have free wifi, comfy bed, basic toilet, tv, air conditioner, an antique closet, two comfy sofa (I liked very much) and most important thing a balcony. Nothing else, just for the beach view within low cost, this hotel is perfect. Although they have a restaurant, I didn't try it. Moreover, their stuff are very friendly. They are very helpful also.

It,s good for tight budget tourist. It's very close to sea beach so you don't need transportation cost from resort to beach. It has some disadvantage too. Main disadvantage is there is a public changing room under this resort. And breakfast is not good. But still I will give it 4 star cause room rent is very cheap.

I like this resort for three reason fast of all the location . This is very near to the sea and totally crowd free . 2nd there service. Food service is not sufficient but others Service was awesome . last one price . Price was very reasonable if i like to compare Nilima

This is the ever closest beach resort to the sea. Distance between sea & the resort is 50 yards max. best sea view from rooms in Cox's bazar.
