  Update: Thought it couldn't get any worse. After reading the review one of the staff calls me and threatens not to correct their mistake if I don't give positive review. Told me to throw away the laptop if I don't like it.
  
  Horrible Customer Service.
  
  Takes a day to reply and is very unprofessional.
  
  I ordered a platinum silver laptop online, received a golden one after 2-3 days of frustrating correspondence.
