It's a serene place. If you want to spend some time quiet with the sound of wave breaking and simultaneously to have a view of hillocks behind, this place is for you.
It is not too far from the town.
    Price is reasonable.
From kolatoli point you can hire a TomTom to go there that may charge you 50 taka.

A nice & quite boutique hotel by the sea. Highly recommend for family vacation who loves to spend time together. Their roof top infinity pool is amazing. Room's are clean and staff are friendly.

Good quality rooms and services at an affordable cost. Good views from most of the rooms.
Good options for breakfast but the taste of food is average. The tea is average while the tea stalls in the vicinity sell awful tea.
Very close to a nearly secluded part of the beach. There is only one good restaurant nearby and most of the time one will find oneself going to the main beach area for lunch/dinner.
Swimming pool is on the rooftop but the gym does not have any equipment.
Overall we had a nice time there.

Buffet breakfast is not actually a buffet. Make sure you get up early if you want to have breakfast at their restaurant. Other than than the hotel was good. Beach is within walking distance. Good for someone looking for a quiet place as it situated in a place that was once considered the center but not anymore. Not recommended during off-seasons because you will really isolated, unless that is what you are looking for!

Nice hotel with affordable price. There room service are quite good. They have large parking space. Rooms are quite big and they are at a affordable range. Bathrooms are neat and clean, the lobby and the hotel is quite clean. They offer complimentary breakfast which includes paratha, mixed vegetables, daal, eggs, juice, bread, jam, butter etc. There rooftop swimming is one of the best in the city. I definitely recommend this hotel. One negative aspect of this hotel is going to the city from this hotel.

Good hotel @ Cox’s Bazar for those who wants silent resort.
Need to hire auto who don’t have private car to move here and there.

The roof top is very nice to view the Sea in front of you and the Hill is behind.

First thing is first - if you go to the veranda of the room you're staying in this hotel, on one side you'll see the hills and on the other side, you'll see the sea! The scene can be seen much better from the rooftop. The place is great to stay if you are one willing to spend your money for a comfortable staying. Excellent room service, facilities and everything. The rooms were very good and so were the bathrooms (to me, this is important when going somewhere to stay). The only drawback really is the food. They have buffet in breakfast but sometimes the food is cold. The coffee is sometimes not up to it, and you can't get cappuccino and other special types of coffee there. Other than that, the hotel is good. They have a swimming pool too, and it's a good place for taking a swim. All in all, it's a great place to stay in Cox's Bazar and I'll most definitely recommend it.

Stayed 3days in the hotel. The service is quiet good. One should try to stay to the upper level for good sea view room. Their food is good and reasonable price. Rooftop pool has a nice view but should improve the management. Overall the place and service of this hotel is good for peace loving people to stay.

Be careful about your goods and money. They will tell you that they won't allow anyone to enter your room when you are not around but guess what they will steal your money once you go out. I stayed in that hotel in my honeymoon and never though someone can enter my room when I'm not there(That they told me). They stole my money from my luggage. I complained it to them and they didn't take any action. They just gave me false assurance that we will look into it.

Great place to relax. Very quiet and dark at night thus not a good option to go for a walk after sunset.

Nice place to stay. Calm n peaceful. From my observation it was intended primarily as studio apartment later turned into hotel. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. Bathrooms aren't really upto the mark as for a hotel and it was quite small. Only problem i faced was whenever I turned on the exhaust fan of the toilet it would get very bad odor immediately ,most probably there's a leak in their sewerage line. Complained but didn't really get any solution. Most probably thats a management issue. Hope they look after it! But its quite a budget place to stay if you can avail discounts.

Good manners, quite place, neat and clean, food was OK. But they failed to keep their promises. Infinity pool is awesome but access of outsiders ruined the fun of it. I didn't like the restaurant so I had to go outside for my lunch and dinner. If you want to enjoy a quite calm sunset please visit here.
