  It is a naturally grown forest. As far I know it is the longest forest of its kind in Bangladesh. Besides there are some shocking matters that the land robers are taking its lands in their bad purpose, the tree robers are cutting down the trees in the dark of night with the help of forest office stuff.

  It is a beautiful place. Peaceful, quiet, green forest. Many kinds of animal lives here. There is also a big pond with a river. You also can enjoy a journey by boat

  The largest and most beatifull national forest in Rangpur Division
  Not only Rangpur Division But also North Zone in Bangladesh
  Once upon a time the tie completed in this upazila was a big forest!!!

  Beautiful forest area..clean environments..i love it. There are some Santali indigenous Christian people's lives in this area. Catholic Church parish Dhanjuri and Leprossy mission.
