It was the best bus service in the past. But now National travels counter staff are very unprofesional. They dont know how to behave with the customer. May be they dont have any academic background. They are very rude to the customer. Now a days their bus quality is also very poor.
I always use national travels for dhaka journey. But now its realy pathetic.

National Travels is on of the important transport agency in the country. Once upon a time, it was top most quality transport agency of Bangladesh but now a days, it's losses it's position not for degradation of services buy for many new transport services come in this business with better quality bus as well as services.
National Travels only operates highway service. It has no local services.

Bus Counter for long distance buses to Dhaka.
The Counter staff are often quite rude and unprofessional. However, if you do show some political links then they would treat you like a king. Quite pathetic I must say.
As for the buses, the non AC buses are just ok enough for an emergency travel if you really must go in a hurry.
Some of the AC buses need some maintaining to do.

Almost all the Dhaka bound bus starts from this location. Very important and crowded bus stoppage. Always busy with traffic. Important transportation hub.
