Okay so first of all they should have better staffs. They behave too weirdly basically they r no one to rise their voice on public . They can simply talk, there is no need to shout / bark . Very disappointed of this place .Hopefully won’t have to come here ever again !!!!!!! Uff goddammm

I think Now the service of making or correcting a passport is easier than before. In my experience at the Narsingdi regional passport office, it was amazing. I would give thanks to the Assistant Director for giving me proper guidance. The support staff is helpful but you need to cautious regarding sharing your problem with any one, No additional fee is not needed to make a passport don't deal with any broker.Best of luck

My experience at the Narsingdi regional passport office changed my attitude towards government offices. I was really happy seeing the Additional Director's initiative during this covid19 situation and the cooperation and behavior of his staffs were nice. This is really a great change from my earlier experience 2 years back and other people at the office were seemed satisfied with the service. I believe this is just the beginning and if the office can uphold their service and continue like this will gain the trust of Narsingdi people. Thanks to officers and all staffs for giving smooth service.

I have got the best experience in my life from this regional passport office this time. Jan 2019 and Feb 2019. Head of passport office Mr. Shahajahan Kabir is very much cordial to provide services to the people. They have created different unique services here. Calling bell services for the adult and disabled people. Accountability box, help desk and suggestion box is their unique addition to provide best service experience to the people who are coming to take services. All the passport office should introduce this type of services to reduce hassle of public.

Totally corrupted place, without bribe its hard to do a single work. There, the number of broker is higher than the number of people who go there for services(passport related) and the brokers are behaving so roughly with the ordinary people and every now and then people are facing different types of harassment (mentally, physically and financially as well) by the brokers. The government should take necessary steps to solve this problem without further delay.

This is the regional passport office of Narsingdi District. It's located just opposite site of Bot tola bazaar. Unlike agargaon passport office it's not so crowdy.
