Vegetable and fish market of Paglapir. The Hat is lower than the Rangpur-Dinajpur road level. People used to come down and buy or sell commodities here. That's way the Hat is called Namar( lower) hat. Apart from vegetable and fish, there are also grocery shops and meat shop over there. The Hat remains open for every evening.
