তেওতা জমিদার বাড়ি মানিকগঞ্জ জেলার শিবালয় উপজেলায় অবস্থিত বাংলাদেশের প্রাচীন একটি জমিদার বাড়ি ও প্রত্নতাত্ত্বিক স্থাপনা। এটি উপজেলার তেওতা নামক গ্রামে অবস্থিত।
ইতিহাসবিদদের মতে,সতেরশ' শতকে এই জমিদার বাড়িটি নির্মাণ করা হয়েছিল। এটি নির্মাণ করেছিলেন পঞ্চানন সেন নামক একজন জমিদার।
The 300-year old Zaminder Palace at Tauta village under Shibalaya upazila in Manikganj district still stands tall becoming a living testimony to the history of that time. The mighty Jamuna river flows on the western side of the historical palace giving it a perfect setting. None can resist the temptation of having a look at the captivating old palace when one passes through the area. If renovated, the Zaminder Palace and its surrounding areas can be turned into an attractive tourism centre fetching the government a lot of revenue. In the absence of any renovation and maintenance, weeds and mosses have grown in and around the palace. Bricks are crumbling down at some places of the decaying structure. It is said that at the beginning of the 17th century, Pachu Sen, a parentless poor youth, by dint of his hard work and honesty earned a great deal of wealth dealing in tobacco. Poor Pachu Sen became Panchanan Sen by purchasing the Zamindar Palace that consisted of Hemshangkar and Joyshangkar estates in Joyganj of Dinajpur. Kumar Bahadur alias Kumar Shangkar Roy Bahadur established this palatial building in 1670 by purchasing the land from a Neelkuthee Manager of Nagpur in Sultan Protap Pargana. According to the stone inscription of Nabaratna monastery of the Zaminder Palace, the palace was constructed during the years between 1702 to 1703. As per this account, the age of the building is more than 300 years. Hemshangkar Estate consists of the buildings located on the north side of the main buildings of Zaminder Palace and establishments on the southern side of Zaminder Palace form Joyshangkar Estate. In front of each estate, a temple is established in the middle of the square building. The inner apartment of the Zaminder Palace is called Laldighi House. There are two cemented landing stages in front of the inner apartment. There is a hidden chamber called ‘black pit’ in the underground of the southern building. Four-storey Nabaratna monastery stands in front of the south building. It is 75 feet high. There are four more monasteries near the south building. The Zaminder Palace in Tauta is established on 7.38 acres of land. Some portions of the building have collapsed. In the situation, the whole building is at risk and can fall down at any time. Some 50 erosion-hit families, who lost their homesteads to the mighty Jamuna, have taken shelter in it. They have been living there since independence of the country. The local land office is running the Nabaratna monastery in a room of the Zaminder Palace. Some of the abandoned rooms of the Zaminder House have turned into a save haven for criminals. Whenever one speaks of Zaminder Palace in Tauta, it reminds us of Promila Devi, the wife of national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam. The house of Promila’s aunt was located beside the Zaminder Palace. Biren Sen, Promila’s cousin, was Nazrul’s friend. It is said that Nazrul saw Promila at this Zaminder Palace. Being enchanted with her beauty, he wrote his famous song ‘Tumi Sundar Tai Cheye Thaki Priyo Seki Mor Oparadh” (You are beautiful. So I keep myself staring at you. Is it my offence?). At present, school, union council office, post office, land office, primary school, market, mosque and madrasa have been established beside this Zaminder Palace. Everyday hundreds of visitors come to visit this century-old historical monument. In the situation, local people have urged the government to take measures to renovate the Zaminder Palace, so that this historical place can be turned into a new tourist spot.

Old Jomidar bari. Nice historical place to visit. Lots of things to see. 3 head tree is one of the most attractive thing and people says living ghost stay there.
