It is a "value for money" accommodation for everyone single traveller or family, traveling for business or tourism. It has very clean and tidy environment. Food is great. Waiters are friendly and helpful. A big problem is it is situated in Green Road where traffic is very high all time. But it is very easy to communicate to whole Dhaka city.

NAAS Serviced Apartments, a very homely place to stay in. They have full furnished apartments which is very clean. It also provides 24-hour front desk for the convenience of the guests.

NAAS Serviced Apartment is situated at Green Road, very convenient place. I was there 4 days. Inside Rooms are very good, clean & services are well. Manager is very cooperative.

You'll never be alone in your room, even if you are traveling alone. Why? Because you'll meet a lot of cockroaches. They are everywhere that is, bathroom, bedroom and cupboard. The bed and pillows are very hard. There is not a single socket in the room. You will get a kettle but it is not attached to any electric point.
Living room only has a fan and no AC. Bedroom has a window AC. Bathroom is very small and it is difficult to wear clothes inside. Tap and wash basin are located outside the bathroom.
It is not a serviced apartment since it lacks a kitchen, a washing room a work table, chair, plates and cutlery. Bedsheets, towels and pillow covers are very dirty and stained.

So, do not stay there until very necessary.
