  In 1962 when I was 6 yrs ( now 62 yrs )
  ..I visited Murakori Bangla Desh from Indià Odisa BHUBANESWAR with my mother brother & uncle to my mother's birth plàce Mama Bari We travelèd from Comlla Rly station by steam rly engine to Chatian Rly 8station ,From here by sail Boat on canal & Balbhara river to Murakori, Now by google maps I see devlopement Highways connecting/passing MurKori &Phanduk , Balbhadra Bridge Shopping malls High schools But Murakori to Phandauk Bridge on Balbhadra river is under const , The Bomboo bridge I crossed in1962 is still in use, My Mamaji had a boat -builďing Karkhana on the banks of the river between MurKori & Phandauk Sea going rowing/ sailing (haal dhar &pal dhara) big Boats 60 -70 ft lòng wdt 25-30 ft made from Burma Teak wood weŕe built by hands& Traditionl tools , hand saws chisel &hammer, Even Mamaji's 2 storid house was built of used boat wood,
  & today my mamato bhai& their family are still living here,I have alway dreamt of re- visiting Murakori-- my MOTHER'S HOME LAND Samir kumar ;Bhowmick from INDIA Retired Geography Teacher PGt
