We heard many horror stories about many developers not finishing their project on time but as promised, within two years MOMEN has built our 5 storey building to a satisfactory standard.
In these two years, MOMEN has kept us informed of their work and we were always welcome to the site. They have done the changes, if any request was made by us, and also gave us the reason when some of the changes could not carried out. They were approachable and have made communication very easy.
We moved in two months before finishing time, while other minor work was getting done We found few faults within the property but once pointed out; they were fixed very quickly.
The completed their work on time and use good quality materials. Overall, I am very happy with the result and would recommend MOMEN for anyone looking for developer. Wish them all the best.
