It is the best hospital and diagnostic centre in boalmari, it has the facilities of Automatic CBC cell counter analyzer 22 test, Digital biochemistry analyzer, Hormone analyzer, USG, and Operation facilities. It has 50 bed for the admitted patients, air conditiond cabin and fully equiped operation theater.

A good hospital and diagnostic center. Very famous for its GP clinics and emergency department in Boalmari. All the stuffs are very cordial and hard working. The only thing that I didn't like about the facility is overcrowding.

A very good primary care center in rural Faridpur. All the practitioners and GPs are well trained and prompt to services. The emergency department is very active. Ultrasonography, Xray and other investigation facilities are standardized.

এলাকার বেশ জনপ্রিয় হাসপাতাল। পাঁচ তলা নামে বেশি পরিচিত। সার্ভিস কোয়ালিটি মোটামুটি। এক্স-রে, আল্টাসনোগ্রাফিসহ বেশ কিছু টেস্ট করা যায়।
