A big terminal, but it cannot accommodate all buses due to shortage of space. Restrooms are awful. It needs to have a decent restaurant, ATMs an bank booths. Indiscriminate parking of buses causes traffic jam. It needs to be cleaned more frequently.

It's a renewed and old Bus terminal in Dhaka City. Basically it's called tangail Bus Stands, because any bus what leave this bus stand must going over tangail. Thus Mohakhali Inter District Bus Terminal is caused in big traffic jam in this route. Mymensingh, sylhet & moulovibazars routes all buses available here.

This place is often called Tangail Bus Stand because anyone can go Tangail from this bus stop. You can find bus to go Maymensingh, Kishoreganj, Sylhet, Tangail, Jamalpur, Netrokona, Bogra, Rangpur from this bus stop. There is a big sitting arrangements inside for the passengers. You can find restaurants inside and nearby. Also there are tea stall and confectionery outlet for the travellers. But the environment is very dirty and uncleaned.

One of the reknown and old interdistrict bus terminal.
Greater Mymensing, North Bengal, Chittagong, Coxbazar and also some other buses of other districts are also available from this terminal. Environment is just like some other bus terminals no big difference. Always busy, crowdy and so on.

People come here to travel mainly from and to Tangail, Rangpur, Bogra, Myensing region. It has restroom for passengers. Buses are usually economy classes with very few business class. Booking is normally not required except weekend or holidays. Few restaurants and some food shops are seen.

The bus stand located on Mahakhali-Malibagh road. The inter district buses start from here. This is also popularly known as Mymensing Bus stand. The bus terminal remains busy and crowdy most of the day times.

Mohakhali Bus Terminal is one of three main inter-city bus stations in Dhaka, opened in 1984.[2] Located in the Mohakhali neighbourhood, it primarily serves destinations in northern Bangladesh, including Mymensingh, Netrokona, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Kishoreganj, and Bogra.

Renovations to the terminal were completed in 2005. The 15 crore taka ($2.3M) rehabilitation was part of the Dhaka Urban Transport Project, funded by a World Bank loan.

The 36,400-square-metre (9.0-acre) site can accommodate 300 buses. As of 2015, companies operate 800 daily trips from the terminal, on 60 different routes.

It is one of the most popular and crowded interdistrict bus terminal of dhaka city. It is quite large bus terminal of dhaka. All kind of buses are available here. Anyone can go their desired location from here. As it's a large bus terminal, the maintenance of it should be overlooked. There are some small shop here. It has a large covered waiting area for passengers of different bus services. It has a wash room for both male and female but you have to pay first to use it. This area is full of hawkers and beggers. If it was maintained properly, it would be very helpful to us.

One of the most popular inter district (domestic) bus terminal of Dhaka city. Different routes bus are available here 24/7. Crowded place. But the place is not good to stay for more than a hour. Because the environment will cause you boring. It's totally full of trash. The management does care about it. The City Corporation officers and the terminal's staff - all of them does not cares the issues of passengers. The drivers seem busy to stay the road jammed. Sometimes it causes heavy traffic on this area.

Large sitting area which is seldom occupied by passengers. Beggers,Hawkers occupy them. Public wifi network. Wifi connection is very slow. Not all bus service provider exists.

But bus service provider of a large number of districts is found which is scarce in other places.

Terminal situated in big area but system and maintenance are not good enough. Not clean at all. Every bus has to take long time for go to the main road from this terminal. Management is poor.

Not so crowded place as Gabtoli bus terminal but lack of awareness of management stuffs the place is not clean & hygienic. You will find bus counter for all routes but if you want to go to Cox's Bazar, Chittagong or Rajshahi by AC bus you may prefer kollyanpur or Gabtoli bus stop.
