Roads are developing, place is getting little busier than before for University. But the place is still doesn't feel safe after sunset. The rickshaw pullers and laborers gets pretty weird when they see any women here. Well, not surprising. But the view is very beautiful.

It's a place with open fields & a small market. There are slums and plots with boundaries. The airport is not very far & you can see the planes taking off & landing. Nice place for an afternoon walk.

Very natural view,fresh air, open space, underconstruction, village like hat, labor slum. No good restaurant but only open local. Famous for random open space for fresh air.

Open space.You can go to Dia bari or uttara by hirig Auto or rickshaw ( 15-35 mins). Its basically composed of tin sheaded slums. Its beside avenue 2 or Mosque 3 of Mirpur Dohs.Road and buildings are still under construction. So dust is there.Road a bit bumpy.People avoid to visit at night.

A touch of village near town. Good place to hangout. It takes you to Diabari and one can easily go to uttara as a alternative route from here.

Better place indeed.
Almost every day to day life required elements are found.
The road isn't that good.
Price is moderately high.
People can go there easily from the road of Avenue 2 of Mirpur DOHS.
The tea of the rong are pretty good.
No foreign cigarettes are found.
Uttara zone is roughly connected with this area.
10 to 11 is the time of closure.
Is a very good place for informal hangouts.

This is the place where one can get the test of natural beauty of a lake. Also there is a small children park. Road # 16 is on the south of park and Road # 17 is on the north side.

Love this place. Spacious and relatively quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Dhaka. There are two nice parks with water bodies having walking tracks. A decent superstore is also there. The rent is very reasonable.
