  Honestly speaking as for a private Diagnostic Center it is very dirty. Also, customer service is hateful. They have the attitude that you know what to do so do it yourself. Had to wait hours to get to one of the staffs about information about a doctor. Also, they are not willing to help. The sitting area is very unhygenic. It's dark and the furniture has all aged with dirt stains. I don't recommend it to anyone but some of the specialist doctors take their appointments here so there is no alternative but to come here. The place really needs a look over and proper management team.

  It's in prime location of chittagong city, Golpahar circle. Their service is good, but once I face trouble, after enrolling I gave sample of blood, but later while I went for collecting report, they said, they lost sample which they didn't even say sorry. Anyway, it's happened only one time for me.
