The place is breathtaking. At night it's most colourful place. It far from Cox's Bazaar city. So place is self sufficient. There are many activities you can do here with attractive packages. Good place to have a family outing. Place is comparatively expensive but it's worth it. Foods are good. You may find some food spices new, but some feel good. After 11pm restaurant is closed. It's comparatively safe to travel at night time, as place is checked by Army and Police. They always keep an eye on the road. Mermaid Resort arranges vehicles for you, if you need.

At night, sky is full of stars and sea wind makes it breathtaking.

The staffs were very helpful. The place was very clean and well maintained. The only problem we faced was that the bathrooms didn't have a sufficient supply of hot water. But it was a pleasant stay nonetheless.

That's an awesome place. It's cost so much. But if you want a different experience please visit. Nice place for family. I visit this place one time with my family they serve wall. If you have low budget then don't go.

We went to the cafe and it was an amazing experience. Food tastes good but expensive though. Best time to go there is around 4.30 so you can enjoy the sunset. They offer a mint lemon which is a must try. Mint lemon is available everywhere but mermaids one tastes and presentation was different. Another thing is there show which starts at 7, kids will definitely enjoy it. There security system is high so u can stay long but on the way back at night it's a bit risky to get a vehicle

Great place to get out from busy life. Stuffs are polite and well manner. The food is very tasty. If someone want some quite place to relax it is will be there best option. The resort is far from the main beach.So it always quite and clam.

it is a living place in nature with all modern facilities. creation is very innovative. even the washroom is made in close proximity of nature. the whole land is kept natural as far possible. it is on a big chunk of land, where one can enjoy a village walk. food is good and naturally expensive. living cost equipped with moderate to expensive.
but enjoyable.

Visited with a group of around 20 people, and every one of us left with a great experience. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and complementary coconuts drinks. The restaurant has a great view, and the beach is clean and decorated with lanterns and cozy seating arrangements - perfect for stargazing. The family villas are sea facing - comes with a beautiful patio. The pool view villas are recommended as well. Overall, a great place to feel one with the nature.

I will cherish those moments that me and my wife has spent at Mermaid beach resort for rest of my life. This is the closest you can get to nature in this country. From food to decoration stuff, every single thing is pure and fresh. I would like to add a little extra charm to their restaurant - Each and every staff member of this place will make you smile for real at least once. Making good food doesn't make any difference, A beautiful smile does. Highly recommended.

If you prefer to go far away from crowd & noise and spend a few memorable moments with your dear one, it’s the best place for you. We took the honeymoon package & spent 3 nights at Mermaid Beach Resort. The beach villa was great, cuisines were delicious, hospitality was awesome and the overall experience was overwhelming. We still remember the special candle light dinner and it was awesome. The place was extremely quiet and relaxing.

At Cox's Bazar? Don't want to stay at those regular hotels? Don't mind spending more than what you normally would?
If you are answering yes, GO. best if you can get one of the villas directly in front of the beach. Go early in the morning, one day is good enough as it's far from the city. Enjoy the tranquility and Good food!

P.S. you can't walk to the beach directly/easily as the sea has created a a small reservoir.

It's a beautiful place to stay over. The interior designer make the whole place adorable. Specially the night view of this resort is fabulous. But in their food zone their service is too poor. It took at least 1 hour to serve one's ordered food.

The most expensive and beautiful resort in Coxbazar. It will give you the feel like you are outside the country. Perfect for honeymoon couples and for people who are seeking for a luxurious resort. The food tastes outstanding but expensive (per meal can be budgeted around 1500 to 2000 per person). First time tried their sea food and second time tried the Italian cuisine and fish steak. They have different segments of Villas, Banglows and family villas. Their different villas and banglows named differently with amazing phases. What I liked most is that this place give you the feel of nature around the sea. Their management and staffs are very cooperative and helpful. The complimentary breakfast consists of 78 items. Some suggestions would be they should have a variation in their breakfast items in consecutive two days for the guests who stays long. They have a lot of activities like Kayaking, jet ski,speed boat, beach bike, traditional boat ride, deep sea trip, water surfing etc. They also have car parking space. A much recommend place to go specially at the time of different promotional offers.
