  Once the railway station was very busy. But now this is almost unused because , people depend more on Bus, CNG for their local travel. Train could not maintain the proper time . One local train "Mohananda" stopped here at 1;30 PM daily from Khulna to Rajshahi. From two rail line one is totally unused, the main line is used to stop and left . The Platform is not work for these reason.
