  The mosque is just beside the graveyeard. Though the road is narrow and crowded still can manage by Rikshaw.

  Most oldest Mosque in Azimpur..Azimpur chapra masjid was built in most probably 60 years ago.
  now it’s called Azimpur Zame masjid.
  It is now one stored building with five floors.and also have a Madrasha here..a huge number of Muslim can say their prayer here..It is in between azimpur government colony's..

  This is An well known place of Dhaka city. Very close to Azimpur graveyards, maternity hospital, Eden Mohila college. Although name of this place is chapra masjid but there is no more chapra masjid available here. Once upon a day there were a very small masjid here according to that name this place get the name of chapra masjid. Now a days it's a very big and one of popular masjid in Dhaka city.

  Azimpur Chapra Mosque is an old mosque in the area and in in Dhaka city as well. Earlier it was made off tin shade that's why its name was as so. But now it has become a multi storied mosque complex with air conditioning facility. Its also an important landmark of the surrounding area.
