  Horribly mismanaged and very untidy.Almost all the toilets are non-functioning,so do the showers.There is no lighting on the passages and stares.Security system is very poor too.Only good thing is the ventilation system consisting of large open windows.Although it causes problem in rainy reason.
  Overall it needs heavy repair works and management should be corrected.
