  Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University is a government financed first and only public university of Bangladesh, established in memory of this country's national poet - Kazi Nazrul Islam.It is located at Nama para Battala, 1.5 kilometers from Trishal Upazila, some 22 kilometers from Mymensingh district.
