Once upon a time It was one of the best cinema halls in Bangladesh. But over time it has lost its heritage. The environment is very poor for watching movies with family. Most of the seats are broken, the screen is ill maintained, lots of mosquitoes, screen is blurry etc.

Cheaper and much comfortable cinema hall for cinema lovers. This hall is celebrating their 50 years of establishment. Awesome place for groups and couple for enjoying their leisure time. Most of the popular movies are released here and as this is so close to tje university area, people often come here from university.

Celebrated 50 years but backdated Screen with awesome 3D sound syatem.
one of the best quality sound system but not the picture quality.
its very crowdy place for hit movie like Monpura, AynaBazi, Dhaka Attack, Debi, etc

their ticket system is very poor, they need to improve this system and there have ticket blackers, they need to control this.

Showing all the B grade Bangladeshi soft- porn movies, this old movie theatre situated in Dhaka's business district should not be considered if you're planning to visit with your family, especially with kids. Tickets are very cheap, which attracts all sorts of bad shady crowds. There has also been reports of wallets being stolen during the show.

It was the best theater in Bangladesh. Huge curved screen, Dolby digital surrounding sound, seating arrangement, indie & outside theater environment and the washroom quality were very good. But now it needs to renovation(seating arrangement, washroom). It has still the huge capacity(around 1200 people). The price is affordable compare to Star/blockbuster.

It's one of my favorite cinema hall in the Dhaka City. Once I was regular goer to this hall. Dolby digital sound , huge curved screen , central A.C. Ticket price is reasonable. But authority should revamp & repair the seating arrangement.

One of the oldest movie theater in the city. They have improved their sound system, but they still need a face lifting. After opening the multiplex theaters in Dhaka, this theater has become a place for the low class people. So the environment of this theater is not so good anymore.

One of the oldest cinema theater in Dhaka. This theater shows both bangali and English language movies. Timing starts from 12-3-6.
Interior become poor due to maintenance. But still it's ok to watch movie. Also the theater plays Dolby surround sound.
