After 2 years and 9 months my LG tv panel has been disturbing. So I talked to my nearest showroom manager. He informed that with out carton he will not accept the tv for repair. But when we purchased this tv there was no clause like this or they didn't informed us about this. Though at last in service center has received the tv. But after sales service of Ring road outlet is very poor.

Product is good, but their technician are not qualified. Never call them for service purpose.

Clean and a decent variety of products available for customer's.
From Air Conditioner to Washing machine . Every basic electronic item's can be found. Customer service is average compared to other places and it can be improved .
