  যারা ইতিহাস আর ঐতিহ্যকে জানতে ও দেখতে পছন্দ করেন তাদের জন্য দর্শনীয় এই মুঘল মসজিদ কেল্লা মসজিদ( লালবাগ কেল্লা)।তিন গম্বুজওয়ালা দুর্গ মসজিদ (শাহী মসজিদ)।সম্রাট আওরঙ্গজেবের ৩য় পুত্র শাহজাদা আজম বাংলার সুবাদার থাকাকালীন এই মসজিদ নির্মাণ করেছিলেন ১৬৭৮-৭৯ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে। তিন গম্বুজ বিশিষ্ট মসজিদটি এদেশের প্রচলিত মুঘল মসজিদের একটি আদর্শ উদাহরণ।
  লালবাগ কেল্লায় অবস্থিত মসজিদটি টিকেট কাউন্টারের ডান পাশ দিয়ে ঢুকা যায়। এখনো প্রতি ওয়াক্ত নামাজ আদায় করা হয়।তিনটি বিশাল গোলাকার গম্বুজ দারা নির্মিত।ভিতরে বাতাস চলাচলের জন্য দুই পাশে লম্বা জানালা আছে।মুঘল আমলের অসাধারণ নির্মান শৈলী বিদ্যমান।মসজিদের সামনে থেকে পুরো লালবাগ কিল্লা দৃশ্যমান কিন্তু পবিত্রতা রক্ষার জন্য লোহার গ্রিল দিয়ে মসজিদের অংশ আলাদা করে রাখা হয়েছে।
  যেখানেই ঘুরতে যাই সেই স্থানের পরিবেশ জেনো আমরা নোংরা না করি।ঐতিহাসিক স্থাপনার দেয়ালে কোন কিছু লেখা থেকে বিরত থাকি অন্যকে অনুৎসাহিত করি।ধর্মীয় স্থাপনার পবিত্রাতা রক্ষা করি।
  যেভাবে যাবেনঃ
  ঢাকার যেকোন স্থান থেকে লালবাগ চৌরাস্তায় যাবেন।সেখান থেকে সামান্য পায়ে হাটা দূরেই লালবাগ কেল্লা। লালবাগ কেল্লার টিকেট কাউন্টারের পাশে হাতের ডান দিকে মসজিদটির অবস্থান।

  #Let'sGuide Lalbagh Shahi Mashjid. One of the oldest and royal looking mashjid in old town of Dhaka. The interior and exterior of this mashjid is outstanding. Just opposite of this mashjid you will find a very popular fruit juice bar, which they call shahi juice bar. you can get an awesome and unforgettable memory by trying their juice. The road is very narrow to move on, Not only the government, but also the residence of that society should take some steps to solve this problem.

  This institute was founded by a group of Islamic scholars led by Jafar Ahmad Usmani, Mozahide Azam Shamsul Haq Faridpuri, Mufti Din Muhammad Khan and Hafezzi Huzur. They planned for the establishment of this Jamiah around the historic mosque named Lalbagh Shahi Masjid in Shawwal 1370 H (1950 CE).However, due to the effort of those personalities, the Jamiah now has become well known at home and abroad. Jamiah Lalbagh looks after around 70 madrasahs of this area so that they can improve their curricular activities..

  Its not just a building, but a complex with different facilities. Its ann architecture of belief. You will find it amazing in the sunshiny morning when rays invades the corners of the building. Lights plays with the garden, the carved windows, the pavements. Its your heart which feels tranquil being here.

  One of the most popular mosjaid in lalbagh. Praying place always good, we can't compare it with any others place. But i like the mosjid committee, They provide fresh water to poor people for free. Almost 300+ family are everyday taking water from the mosjid.
