It was my first time visit to one of the renowned tourist attractions of our country which is known as "Coxs Bazar". Actually we did not had any reservation before going to this hotel. One of the 'tom-tom' pullers recommended us this hotel. But as we entered the hotel we initially had a nice vibe. The interior was promising. The staffs were gentle and very much helpful. Then after we were given the rooms we were actually amazed by seeing the rooms at the rates in which we were given although it was a peak season. The rooms were spacious, with the compulsory facilities. The room service was also prompt. Room tariffs were also reasonable.

The worst hotel ever I have seen. Room quality average, most of the bedstead are broken, beds are not comfortable. Stuffs are very rude and cunning, grabby also. It's Totally not safe and suitable for family holiday's, Girls and Gentlemen's residing. It's a place of Guzzlers and blackmailers. I visited there almost one year ago and this is my ocular but presumptive Experience. I wish I could Rate them in minus!

According to the room rent and environment it deserves five star. The Owner is very helpful. Prices are sometimes negotiable when group of people checks in. Cooking is more than average. Lowest price guaranteed in off season. Not that much far from the beach.

Keep away from that hotel. They have a very bad service and the worst reception you can have anywhere. We booked a room with 4 bed for 1 day beforehand because of EID ul fitr. They had straight instructions from us about everything.But after reaching to the hotel they were demanding 2 day stay from us saying they didn't accept any 1 day booking. They have staff change constantly and we couldn't contact nor find the person who accepted our booking. After long argument they gave us a room with 3 bed, whereas we needed 4 beds!! . Our overall experience was very bad in that hotel.

Rooms are ok but they do have cockroaches in them as well as large mosquito check out any of the rooms on the seventh floor. I used a ACI Aerosol insect spray to nuke them (800 ml Jumbo size)

I wasn't going to write a review but the atitudes of the evening staff made me change my mind I came back from the beach around 1.56am
The lift was switched off as it's the seventh floor I told hotel staff that I was a heart patient and walking all the way up would cause me a great deal of pain not to mention a possible heart attack. He didnt care so i walked all the way to the seventh floor and then he switched on the lift!
I have to say he is a uncaring evil malicious person I will never stay in this hotel again.

Worst experience ever. Room quality is below average but they charge huge rent also no service at all. They charged advance in full amount for days will be staying and rudely behaved with guests when they complain for anything. Each room guest had the same problem with room also with service (AC not working, no intercom, no room service, dirty washroom, bed cover are dusty etc) .. Never try this hotel because it will spoil your all holiday mood.. #Leguna Beach

It's a hotel in Cox's Bazar near Sugandha Beach. We stay here for three days. The room quality was good and well decorated but the problem was their AC was not working. We asked to fixed it but they are failed too fixed. Service was horrible. Hotel staff don't care about our service they care about their tips!! We asked more than 4 times to change our bed sheets but who cares!
Roof top was open for all.

Like most other reviews of this place, reception is good looking but rooms are not. Need lots of maintenance work inside hotel. Washrooms are not good. Bed sheets are not clean or very old. They don't serve clean bed sheet or towels. Their service is poor. WiFi is very poor. Lift is off from 0 to 7. Hotel restaurant is not also good. They have only one hand washing place. Food quality poor. Price wise expensive compared to service. With additional 50% extra money you can stay in a better place. They don't provide facial tissue, daily necessary toiletries until you ask them. And may not get the service on time.

While the reception looked impressive, the rooms were not so standard. We stayed in a double room. The rooms looked okay but an ac did not work, the doors were of poor standard, the washroom sucked. If the main door was bolted from the top, the lower part would still open up if someone pushed a little too hard. They delivered the towels in the evening, even though we checked in at 1 pm. Price-wise, not too expensive. (1500 taka for the day, even though we stayed till 10 pm). They refused to serve drinking water in our room.

This hotel is located very close to Sugandha Beach. Room condition and internal settings are okay. Environment is quite and it has privacy. But most important thing is that their customer service is very very poor. They don't respond to customers quiries. Stuffs are not well mannered.

The room condition is not up to the mark as their high price in peak season. Air cooling system was worst. It does not make the room cool at all. They provide so called Wifi, but it will only give you signal but not a minimum standard net speed. Not recommended for the visitors.

Laguna Beach Family Suites is a 8 storied luxurious hotel with a Restaurant namely Sea Girt Restaurant, Reception and Car Parking at the Ground floor, adjacent to Sugandha Point of Cox's Bazar. Mainly they offer suit rooms for the guests. Cox's Bazar sea beach is 5 minutes walking distance from it. There's the mountain view from the north facing suites. The behavior of the reception and the room services is quite good.

Was a bad experience for me. Ill mannered staffs, broken air cooling system which ruined my phone by water leakage. On the plus side there's WIFI, Lift and pricing is good when you're visiting off season.

The worst hotel. I have visited Cox's Bazar more than 20 times and stayed in many hotels but this time I have experienced bad feelings in Cox's Bazar due to my wrong selection of hotel (Laguna Beach Hotel). I suggest other visitors to avoid this hotel during their visit in Cox's Bazar.

It's a middle class hotel but good enough to stay here, have options for bargaining for price,be sure about online booking. Accommodations are; A/c room,LED TV, free Wi-Fi, polite personnel with good behavior.been four days with my wife.🏣
