Good Service. It is temporary office of Kala Kandi Union Counsel Newly elected Chairman. Chairman accimplishes all his routine activities like village court, reliefs distribution any other local govt. service from this center. Though the room is so small around almost 150 people can participate any gathering or meeting there. Chairman is helpful and cordial. Most of the oppressed people come here to ask for justice.
