Nursing Staff are absolutely disgusting. Don't know how to behave with patient. They don't know the manner, custom and etiquette.
Sanitation and cleanliness is less worthy.
Reception staff should be more co operative.
Doctor shouldn't browsing in his tab/mobile when all his patient waiting for a long time.
This all are administrative lacking. Remember, all your good effort will be valueless if your admin is not working properly.
