  Very bad service.The delivery man's behaviour is very bad.Always demand for money "Bokshish". This is very disgusting. I also receive product from Mohammadpur.But that service was great and fast. But this place khilagao.Delivery man should be changed.

  I called at the given number from Australia as I needed some information regarding how to receive a parcel post from Bangladesh if sent from Australia. I spoke to the person named Janangir, he gave me accurate information. I am very happy as I didn’t expect to get such clear and particular information from a government institution which has such a bad reputation for years.

  The parcel delivery man's behaviour is too bad. He always demands excessive money while delivering a parcel. Even he threat to return parcel if doesn't receive it on his own wish. This type of service man should be changed.

  Government post office of khilgaon area in the aim to serve people. They use to give not only postal services but also various deposit schemes. Trying to serve the people with limited man power but still their service is not up to the mark as the number of people coming to have services is low. In short initiative should be taken from the end of policy makers to improve the service regarding man power as well as logistic support also.
