If u order the food at 2:00 pm for lunch u will get it at 4:00 pm be sure if that and there's only one waiter who is the cook nd server of food

This is a nice place
It's on a small hill beside the chengi river. the food is good its a safe place.

Though it's governmental but service is not good. No good generator service. In summer season load shedding is serious problem. Beds and rooms was not clean according to expectation. I don't recommend this pertains to stay there again.

nice place to stay. its just beside the river Chengi. but think again if u r visiting other than winter season, there is problem in electricity- frequent load shedding and low voltage. no ac and fab runs slow.

Quality so so. Electricity always fail. All the time generator power supply. Low voltage. Fans are too slow. Food quality good but expensible. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative.

Beautiful location but worst Management.
Foods are very expensive. Room service staff behave like the king. Broken windows, dirty broken commode in the toilet. The staff cares nothing about customers.

I have stayed there twice over 18 months and it seems that the facility has not changed and in some ways the service has got worse.
Restaurant hygiene leave a little to be desired
The personalized service is better than regular service

It is well situated and the natural environment adds to its appeal.
At night the noise of traffic passing through the bridge can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper

Overall it is a decent place to stay, management needs to pay more attention to all services for all customers and stop the facility falling prey to neglect.
