On the top of Keokradong there is a small shelter and a signboard put up by Bangladesh Army proclaiming the elevation to be 967 metres (3,173 ft).

Height measured by handheld GPS shows it is 986 metres (3,235 ft) with 3m accuracy.

There is a controversy about the highest point of Bangladesh, and some sources indicate Saka Haphong as the most elevated peak of the country.

Keokradong is a popular tourist attraction in Bangladesh for mountaineers.Keokradong is one of the most cloudiest place of Bangladesh.

Keokradong peak is the official highest mountain peak of Bangladesh. Its 986 meter or 3235 feet above the sea level. However 4 peaks are higher than it unofficially. I think it is the easiest to climb among the highest peaks of Bangladesh. Now people don't even have to trek the way here as now vehicles can come here by road. But we trek the old way here to enjoy the most of the tour and I suggest all to do the same. There is provision of foods and accommodation by the landlord. There is also an army camp for the safety of the tourists.

Keokradong peak is the official highest mountain ⛰ peak of Bangladesh. Its 986 meter or 3235 feet above the sea 🌊 level. I think it is the easiest to climb 🧗‍♂️ among the highest peaks of Bangladesh. But you can’t get there by the hill tracts or some other vehicle’s. You have to go to walk and get the upper level almost 3 hours or more. There is provision of foods 🥘 and accommodation by the landlord. There is also an army camp for the safety of the tourists.

This is one of the most mind blowing places in Bangladesh. This is the 2nd highest peak in Bagladesh. After enjoying the hill tracking when you will find yourself there that might be a success for your soul and you will find peace looking around. Love this place, will always be unforgettable 😊 keep Dust masks with you, as the way towards the top is very dusty. Happy Journey to the Keokradong Peak. Thanks.

After a long trekking, the scenario you will get is absolute beauty, and if you stay overnight. Some exceptional surprise will be waiting there for you. Govt. of Bangladesh is making a new road via Boga lake(which is another beautiful place) to Keokradong. Which will directly lead you towards Keokradong without trekking for a long time. And, after visiting some dangerous roads like kathmandu to Pokhara. I can ensure you that this one is going to be the most dangerous one. Have a nice and clean travelling.

Keukradang is nice place for nature lover, but now a days the place become crowder. Local people and the local government making some kind of tents to stay up there(if anyone wants to). But if you don't feel like to stay, then you may come back. And lastly I want to say that, it was a place for peace, now it's becoming professional.

With a great almost 360 degrees view you can actually have some soul moment there. Infinity of hills. Keokra dong is a peak located in Bandarban, Bangladesh, with an elevation of 986 metres (3,235 ft). Some sources claim it as the highest point of Bangladesh. Considering its view, it is one of the best location in Bangladesh.

Once upon a time this was the highest peak of Bangladesh
Now this is not the highest but one of the highest peak in Bangladesh
We reached here by Chader gari. Chader gari left us just below the Keokradong peak. Then only a few step to reach the peak.
The stairs are well with brick cement work.
There was a open room on the peak where you can observe the beauty of hills..We enjoyed the scenery.

This is second highest peak of Bangladesh. Beautiful panoramic seen can enjoy from this keokradong top. In our text books this hill to recognised as highest peak but a foreigner first discovered highest peak many years ago, recently some Bangladeshi group also recognised that foreigners identified highest peak was right. Hopefully government will change this peak as second highest peak from first highest peak.

    Excellent place to visit!
It is possible to travel there by Jeep now. But in my view, trekking is the best option to be there, especially who are travelers. There is an Army-Camp on the point and a helipad near the point.

    Wishing you a safe journey!

It's like dream comes true when u reach to the top of Keokradong by hiking. It's full of untouched beauty. Both the sunrise & sunset from & to the hill gives u unbelievable pleasure. More tourist friendly transport, accommodation & security can make this pick a new destiny for the tourist.

The 5th highest peak of Bangladesh, situation in Bandorbon. 3172ft above the sea level. To visit this place, first you have to come to Boga Lake from Bandorbon bus terminal. Then you have to trek to the top of the mountain. Very beautiful place. Amazing view.
