Beautiful place for Kayaking with friends. Inexpensive ! friendly authority ! good instructors! Beautiful nature! Kayaking closes after evening! BDT150 per Kayak riding for 1 hour. One or two person can ride a kayak. Restaurant alongside that Kayaking club are good place for eat-out though wash-room facilities are under concern.

Such a beautiful place by the river of Karnaphuli! When I was very young in 1976 I visited Kaptai.At that time I also went to see the dam. There was high security at that time. Kaptai hydroelectric plant was the primary source of electricity! It was a naturalistic view at that time. It is modern time,so naturally we do kayaking. But, beware! Let's not spoil the nature too much.

Perfect place to perform the 'sport' kayaking. It Couldn't be placed better I guess. The management is also quite smart and considerate specially to the students. One can reach the base of Kaptai Dam through kayaking for about 8-9 km. The hill on both side of you while kayaking will take you to celestial feeling if you can feel it that way especially on the eve of sunset.

If you are in Rangamati please try this out. Trust me you will remember this day. and one suggestion try to do it in the evening or in the early morning. Then you will see the magic.
one more if you are confident enough to ride a boat on your own, or you are not going there as a couple please ride alone and forget the rest of the world for al least 30 minutes.sometimes we all need that.

The kayaking was superb. but the behaviour and the service of the service providers was worst! it was beyond our imagination that some service provider can behave in such a fashion with their customers! they were just some money-eating junks who can do anything for money!

the whole trip became a bad experience only for those fellas. otherwise the calmness of karnaphuly river and the mesmerizing beauty of kaptai was a great treat for our eyes.

Wanna have some fun?Or you are exhausted and refreshment is a must need for you?? Then Kaptai kayak club is a perfect place for your hang out. It is a club situated in Kaptai, 25/30km apart from the Chittagong City. The place is resided besides the kaptai lake. Kayaking is available there. Kayak boats are available there. The place is such amazing and kayaking is so much fun there. This can reduce your pain and exhaustion very quickly.

Excellent place for tour. A well decorated restaurant here Kayaking is also interesting. Best to kayaking at afternoon. In Kaptai tour without kayaking will make the tour saltless curry.
Road transportation facility should be increased.
Hope, Bangladesh will create more concentration in tourism sector.

At all it's very enjoyable. There are some more exciting place.

This is a pretty good relaxing place . Boating on Karnaphuli river is a matter of excitement itself . Imagine enhancing it by exploring on a kayak .

This exciting place for Kayaking. Usually Kayak charge 300tk per hour, two persons can ride one Kayak. Off day usually crowd one day is best time for kayaking. Before visiting it will be best if you contact with club manager.
