  Its a great place to live here in rose valey residential area. actullay its an bechelor building. most of the students live in here are read in port city international university. security is good, other services also good. they provide deep water daily two times morning, and evening.

  Water and gas issues were persistantly frequent, recently gas issue was corrected.generator available on demand. Lift is not for tenants, appartments are roomier compared to most of othr places.
