Jessore University of Science and Technology (also known as JUST) is the first public university in Jessore and it is the fourth public university in the khulna division. With a view to imparting science and technology oriented education in Bangladesh, this university was established in 2007 in Jessore district. It started its four-year undergraduate courses from the 2009–2010 session. Within a very short period, JUST has already demonstrated its outreach excellence in the field of education.

Jessore university of Science and Technology mostly known as JUST. The university campus is about 8 km away from Jessore city. The campus is moderately big about beautiful. There are some modern and state of the art faculty in the university with research facility. The campus is on Jessore-Chaugacha road. Student from all around the country study here mostly in graduate courses.

It was established in 2007 and started four-year undergraduate courses from the 2009–2010 session.

Although its a new university but progress very fast. 20 different department & about 3000 student are studies here. Accommodation for both teachers,students are available here.Its a green campus as a new university but after a few years its will be a more green.

the only public university in Jessore located 18 km away from the heart of the citythere are engineering , biological unit & pure science unityou can study here after passing the admission test there are two students hall one male one female besides there are public transport option for the students..nice university
