Free treatments are available. The hospital is equipped with 250 beds for the admitted patients. There is also a clubfoot treatment facility here, for the children, called the Walk for Life. The hospital has a medical waste management procedure where a yellow van collects the waste on regular basis. The premise is fairly clean and the buildings are well painted. The hospital has an ancient one-storied building that was built by Kalipada Ghosh in memory of his father a Zaminder called Babu Bholanath Ghosh.

Jessore 250 bed General Hospital The Government Hospital cheap cost for poor suffer. Many poor people take free medical treatment and low budget medical facility it's Historical Hospital but getting treatment is quite lengthy!

One of the oldest and famous govt hospital of the Jessore district. There are some famous doctors on this hospital and services are good. Patient from surround districts came to this hospital. Beds are very few compare to patients. Sometimes doctors not available during emergency which is the major issue to all govt hospital.
