  I went here for my new connection in 2017. But after several visit I didn't find any help from customer service department (information center). Then i decided to complain to higher authorities. From “HelloCity" app I complained. Aftern then i got my connection within two weeks.

  Essential office for all public. But, It's a bad service office. Delay service in here. General public valueless here. Example: me. I'm waiting for a new connection from past 3 year.
