This is also part of Sundarban,near by katka forest station.visitors can overlook to view of in this area from tower.

A must go place if you are Katka. There are tigers all around and so you should be careful and alert. Keep an armed guard from the Forest Department with you. If you go in small groups without guard, clap and walk to steer tigers away as you go.
Monkeys around the tower wait for you to get some food but be careful it is not wise to give them food because they might get sick and there is, of course, no hospital for them here!
You will see birds, deers, monkeys, big lizards, and if lucky tigers.response / report this review -

Jamtola is also a beach and if u r looking for tigers then you will not see those beacuse the tigers has moved into the Indian part of Sundarban due to rampal project..
