An important and crowded junction station. Three line goes towards Mymensingh, Dewanganj Bazar and Tarakandi from here. All intercity and local train stops here.
Ticketing system computerized.

Train is the most popular and simple transport system in jamalpur
This train Station is very good time maintenanced
There is sheltar for bad weather also for sun rays in hot day
You can find any route from jamalpur to all around Bangladesh schedule train in different time.
Theirs hospitality is very good.

Jamalpur Railway Station A junction with four interconnected trains daily and some local and freight vehicles are running. There are two platforms in this station that many passengers travel daily from different places. Antenna train ticket is available 10 days before the Station Counter, between Bharatpura, Teesta, Jamuna, and Agnavina.

This place is pretty quite and simple. Not so gathering but it's deference when train comes. Needed shops are there so we can buy snacks or exchange money without worrying about stealing. But still it's need more clean and neat.

The 💓 of Jamalpur district. There are four interconnected trains for Dhaka to Jamalpur. Two trains from Dhaka to Dewanganj Bazar and the remaining two trains from Dhaka to Tarakandi.

Jamalpur district rail station from where you can easily go to dhaka. Bus service is worst from dhaka to jamalpur and for that train is the best alternative.
