One of the best Visa application Center, very much co-operative. Before submit any visa ask them to provide checklist and prepare it accordingly, they will help them at their best.

The location (Badda) is good to reach. Interior is air-conditioned like other visa centers in Dhaka. Apparently no crowd here or relatively few Bangladeshis want to visit Italy. It takes almost 1-2 hours to submit visa applications. The center requires lot of papers to apply. Processing is relatively slow. Sitting arrangement is not sufficient. You can't wait moments after submitting the application. Center people will ask you to go out, rudely. Also, the visa application center has no parking place for the applicants which is very inconvenient.

Worst service ever. In the Italian visa application center I have encountered two unprofessional facts :
1. There are approximately 10-12 counters inside the office. But usually 5-6 counters are always empty. When there is a big crowd you have to wait for a long time. I saw many times that officers leaving their own work come near to the customers and suggest to buy their special package. What is this special package ? you will pay 2500 additional bdt money and they will help you to fill up your form and you will not have to wait for your serial and your time will be saved. What's the point of this ? If these workers were doing there own work instead of selling these so called packages ! crowd would be less in the first place. They intentionally work slowly to get more money from their customers.
2. One time one employee forgot to take my signature when delivering a document to me. It was her own fault. Later, she called and said that I have to go to there office again because there is a problem in that delivered document. It was a total lie. There was nothing wrong in the document .When, I went again in there office with the document ,they told me only to sign. This is how they deceive there customers.
I wonder, how a company with this kind of employees and service got the permission to work for the embassy in the first place.response / report this review -

Worst service I have ever seen.15 month have passed I have submitted my wife's passport and Nulla Usta but still I don't get visa.
15 month have passed but application for visa still processing. Only God knows when I get my wife's visa.no one can answers this question.

Don't go over there for a tourist visa. If you want a tourist visa go to France or German Embassy and take a multiple entry visa. Their visa processing system is extremely slow. My wife applied for a tourist visa 2 months ago & even 2 days before her flight they were still processing her visa. In the embassy there is no receptionist & their help desk is also unhelpful. If you can completely avoid THIS EMBASSY.
