Very busy hospital. There are always long queues of people in the outdoor especially in the evenings. As it is a private hospital, services are comparatively better but not up to the mark. The management seemed to eager to maintain quality services but schedules for visiting doctors are are not followed properly, sometimes you have to wait for ours to visit a doctor. This place is wheelchair accessible but has no car parking for visitors.

This is a very good hospital in this area. Islami bank hospital branches are famous for their quality service all over the country. People can rely on their treatment. This hospital is not very expensive but not so cheap. There are many highly qualified doctors and consultant available here. Other staffs are also well mannered. We can have a good service from here.

Well decorated and well organized hospital in Dhaka. It is situated at mirpur -11, Pallabi infront of Purabi cinema hall. It is a well known hospital in Bangladesh specially to the people of Mirpur area. There are all kinds of modern healthcare facilities here. Staffs of this hospital are very cordial to the patients.

Doctors are supposed to be independent in medical care but I think they must obey the policies, rules and regulations. If they don't obey them, there comes the management's role and it should be visible, should be translated into action.

One of the most important and busiest hospitals in Mirpur area. Doctors are highly qualified, well behaved. They give importance to every patient. Nurses & staffs are well behaved. Its better if you can make an appointment before you visit to any doctor. Its quite tough to manage cabin or room here.

I am very much pleased with the service of them in term of current Bangladesh private hospital service. They are clean and clam. Their service also good, but i think if they reduce the doctor visit rate that would be much better for the poor patients.

Good service in comparatively low cost. The hospital is a great place of reliance for the inhabitants of Mirpur. Only the heavy rush of patients has made it difficult for the staffs to give the services properly. A specious building could improve the situation. Overall, the hospital is sincere enough to provide a clean and healthy atmosphere as well as proper treatment for it's patients.

It's a good private hospital, almost a neat and clean hospital, all staffs and doctors are excellent. We go in several times. Last year my daughter was born in the hospital under Dr. T.H Johra moonmoon .

This Islamic Bank hospital is operated by islami Bank Bangladesh Limited. Inside is neat and clean. There are no intensive Care unit. Ward and cabin system available. Doctors and nurses are helpful. Most of the units inside are air conditioning. Emergency unit is very small.

Islami Bank Hospital is a private hospital located at Purobi bus stand (just opposite of Purobi cinema hall). The hospital is good for middle class families. Some specialist of different category is available here. Some of common diagnostics also available.
Dental treatment and eye specialist is available here.
On Ground floor there is a pharmacy where you will get all verities of Medicine and also 5% discount on Bangladeshi Medicine

Wrong information or lying to hold customer. Once I called them they told doctor will be available by 9.00 am. , where as now its 10.24 am. Still no doctor, also they switched off the air conditioning machine. It's too hot. The receptionists told as there is no doctor in this floor, they can't switch on the AC !!!! Terrible !!!!!! Bad customet service !!!!
I feel all the review for this hospital are fake!!!!!

I have changed my mind for the doctor only.
Because he apologised for the delay for am emergency. Around 11 o clock the term finished. It was good.

But again was so upset when we waited for ultrasound the floor was crowded but none of the AC switched on. My husband complained now to the reception and one of the staff came to same floor asking who complained directly. Started telling why we didn't tell first the staff over here. I got angry also and informed nothing happened when we told the staff in upstairs, so why should we tell??? The previous staff just made fool telling cause of few patients. What about you now ?? Fully crowded without AC?? He left talking to himself.

Overall the management is careless.
But the my doctor was very good, appreciated !!

This is place where you can truly expect to receive healthcare. All the doctors and staff are very cordial, caring and honest. Its affordable too. My middle and youngest child were born here. All my family members and relatives seek healthcare here. I wish them all the best!
