(I) A charitable fund named "Sadaqah Tahbil" was created on July 4, 1983, immediately after the inception of Islami Bank on 30th March 1983, as per decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank in pursuance to the clause 104 of its Memorandum and Articles of Association.

(II) Gradually the volume of its activities increased with the passage of time and the “Sadaqah Tahbil” was renamed ”Islami Bank Foundation" on May 20,1991. Islami Bank Foundation has been working as a subsidiary organization of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited with separate accounts and administration.

(III) It is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and firms of Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh under no S-1214 (25) 1988, dated 25-06-88.

Islami Bank Central Hospital the leading Hospital of Bangladesh. They have multiple branches across the country. Its main authority is Islami Bank Foundation (IBF) a social welfare oriented organization. All the staff are very polite and gentle. This hospital provides good treatment. The emergency space is not quite enough. Specialist are available. It’s a minimum cost better treatment hospitals in Bangladesh.

This Hospital provides quality medical treatment in affordable price. Doctors are really professional here. They don't give any extra medical exam they only gave what is needed.
Most of the doctors are very helpful to listen to the patient.
The expenses for the tears are not very much.
You can also do CT scan and MRI here.

Very bad Experience. I have called many times in the Contact Number given here to ask information regarding Doctor's schedule , all the Time someone picked and said "Wrong number" and Cut the call on face without even any good manner.
