  ঈশ্বরগঞ্জের আইন শৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতি স্বাভাবিক থাকার কারন হচ্ছে ঈশ্বরগঞ্জ থানায় কর্মরত কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম। তাঁরা নিরলস ভাবে দিন রাত কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন বলেই আমরা সাধারণ মানুষ শান্তিতে ঘুমাতে পারি। আমরা অনেক ভাগ্যবান যে ঈশ্বরগঞ্জ থানায় সবসময় মেধাবী, পরিশ্রমী ও চৌকষ কর্মকর্তাগন বদলি হয়ে আসেন। বর্তমান অফিসার ইনচার্জ জনাব বদরুল আলম খান স্যার ও অত্যন্ত মেধাবী ও পরিশ্রমী কর্মকর্তা।
