Nice hotel for Cox Bazar. Paid 1750 taka per night during the off season. Rooms have A/C and hot water for showers.
The A/C was quite noisy which isn't all bad as it muffles the loud horns and other disturbances. They only gave us one towel for 2 of us. We needed to ask for a second one. Not sure what the idea is with that. That is why I give it only 3 stars.response / report this review -

Pretty basic hotel. Don't get deceived with the outlook. Some of the toilets lack proper maintenance. Above all, their service and attitude is bad. I had a bad experience during check-out. Wouldn't recommend anyone unless absolutely necessary.

I was there with my spanish girlfriend in 9th and 10th September. We were very disappointed about the receptionist working there . His name is Sakil . Second night he called me at 1.30 am and he was saying that he is police officer and he is calling from the police station. He was asking lot of personal information. Then he was asking the Facebook id and Whats app number of my girlfriend . When he was talking to me , I could hear the sound and I understood , someone is talking with me from downstairs. Then I went to the reception , and I saw its not police , it's the receptionist. When I was asking him , why did he call me , he was afraid and he was saying it was not him . I went back my room to bring my mobile to call in that number . In that time he switched off the mobile and took out the SIM from his MOBILE. I complained about this to the manager next morning and he gave the number of director and gm of the hotel yo contact with them . I called the director , I told him everything. But he didn't care much . My girlfriend wanted to inform this to police but I stoped her cause I don't want to send jail for this incident . Hotel is nice and there has some nice staff . But because of Sakil , I'm really pissed off in my holiday . Management should terminate him . We are good hearted people that's why didn't make big trouble . I could tell this police high commission and spain embassy too , to take action against him and the hotel . 😤

one of the worse hotel in cox's bazar its looks ok by outside, but interior is not good. the toilets are dirtey. no towels, brush or soap in toilets. I asked them for a couple room & they given me a twin bed room! the staff are just like stupid & moron. its was a nightmare for me to spent a night there
