This software park is built by Bangladesh Govt. Now it's maintained by Tech city authority. There are 2 buildings. One is for software firms and another is for accomodation. Accommodation building has 11 floors. All modern facilities are available.
This place has built to develop the software industry of Bangladesh.
This place has conference hall, community hall, large dining, big open space and lots more.
It's suitable for hosting conference and workshop for 50-100 persons.
Though it's new, all facilities are not available right now. Management of this park is not that much professional yet.
One of the foremost examples of Bangladesh being transformed into developing countries is Sheikh Hasina Software Technology Park. 😊😊
The environment is excellent, ponds, two buildings, canteens, data recovery systems, uninterrupted power, very security, and everything else is needed.
All in all, I am proud to be trained in such an environment, thanks to my beloved Bangladesh IT Institute and On air.😍😍 😘
This is really a nice place with some big and beautiful building but construction quality is too bad.
In rainy day lift has close due to water coming inside and stormy days water come inside the building.
This is really a nice place with some big and beautiful building.
The prime minister has inaugurated the Sheikh Hasina Software Technology Park in Jessore to spread the benefits of developments in the ICT sector to Bangladesh’s southwestern region.
The Tk 3.05 billion project was launched by Sheikh Hasina via video conference from the Ganabhaban on Sunday.
Software development, call centre services, freelancing and research and development work will be conducted at the park, said project director Joint Secretary Jahangir Alam.
The park will create jobs for 5,000 young people in the ten districts of the Khulna division.
Construction work on the project began on 232,000 sq ft of land in Bejpura’s Shankarpur area on April, 2014.
In addition to the 15-storey main building, a 12-storey dormitory was also constructed at the site.
The dormitory features a gym, a convention centre and underground parking. A 33KVA power sub-station was built to meet the power needs.
Fifty-five companies, including two from Japan, have been allocated space inside the park. An entire floor has been allocated for young start-up companies free of charge.
The government hopes the park will play a pivotal role in achieving the $5 billion in ICT sector exports it hopes to achieve by 2021.
