Receptionist is a liar that only wants your money. He tells me the price is not negociable and stupidly high for the quality of the room, only to negociate when I want to leave. Go to hotel Al Rashed, where they really care about you and provide nicer room for less.

Actually I don't know much about pricing but there service not that bad & good as well. I can say it's quality is medium service type. Bad thing is they didn't provide any mineral water. But behaviour was good and room quality also seems good according to it's quality. Bed covers were clean & other services also. Oh! I noticed two things, one is their telecom was out of service & secondly the television was very old model so can't enjoy the TV programs that well. Overall good.

Located in the center of Dinajpur city.the ambience is average.hotel staffs are well-behaved.nearby good restaurants.
there are some problems like the rooms are not properly cleaned & well maintained.breakfast should be included with room tariff.hotel management should be more careful about guest's comfort.
comparing to price good option to stay.

Medium class hotel with CRT tv, window AC. Their reception is outdated. No computer, no CC camera, no intercom service, only a manual log book! I have booked a single AC room and it was too small. So small that you can't say your prayer here! 1000tk per night is too much for this room. It deserve maximum 500tk. Very much disappointed

They have AC double room which costs 1200 BDT. They provide tubewell water for free. You can get extra anything just by asking.
Service was really satisfactory.
They have their own generator. So you will have uninterrupted power supply.
Its nice who thinks on budget.
This place is secured for family stay.

Small room, No complementary breakfast, No toothpaste and brush provided. During night time there were huge noise of labors unloading goods from truck. Room rents are too high in terms of facility.

Best place to stay in Dinajpur District. Nice interior, sophisticated room service and reasonable room rent ranging 300 BDT to 2000 BDT. Whenever i come to Dinajpur, i stay here. I recommend it as a safe & comfortable place to live in.
